How much does shipping cost?

First Class shipping is a FREE on all orders over $40. Otherwise, there is a flat shipping fee of $5. We also offer Express shipping for $10.

When will my order be delivered?

How do I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to you when your product is shipped. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Will there be customs or duties fees?

Yes, all customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate.

What if I an unhappy with my order?

We have a 30-day happiness guarantee program. If you find your Ninetails is too comfortable then we'll take it back.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched to our manufacturer, we will immediately refund your full payment.

If your order has been dispatched, we can only refund your payment after you have received the parcel and shipped it back to us.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
